Rajat Malhotra leads the Commercial Disputes team for Laware Associates – a boutique firm catering to Infrastructure and Real Estate clients. Rajat started as a transactional lawyer with L&L Partners after being called to the Delhi Bar in 2006.

Rajat began his career as a Project Finance lawyer, and has been involved in some of the largest national highway developments. While he currently focuses on dispute resolution, he continues to be retained by top engineering consulting firms including URS Corporation, SNC Lavalin and Feedback Ventures for advice on highway, mass road transit system, water and sanitation and smart city projects.
