Shrawan has over 13 years of experience as an Intellectual Property litigator with Anand and Anand. He has regularly represented clients before various forums such as the Intellectual Property Appellate Board, Delhi High Court, Madras High Court and the Supreme Court. He has represented major pharmaceutical, beverage and industrial majors on numerous concerns.
After pursuing his LL.B, Shrawan joined the office of Anand and Anand and worked for two years in the firm before taking a sabbatical to pursue his Masters in Law Intellectual Property Law from Franklin Pierce Law Centre, University of New Hampshire.
Shrawan is a regular contributor to Asia IP (India Business Law Journal), Managing Intellectual Property Magazine and has also contributed to the India Chapter in the Intellectual Property Review, Eighth Edition (published by Law Business Research, London). He is a regular attendee of the AIPPI congress (the oldest Intellectual Property Association in the world) held annually across the world and currently holds the post of Joint Secretary for the India Chapter of AIPPI.Back
